ChildSafe International Corporation™ Foundational Concept For Our Mission

ChildSafe International Corporation ™, hereafter referrred to as CSI™, has adopted a very strong foundational concept in our mission for the operations of our organization.  We affirm the belief that to serve the needs of others with humility and patience, is far greater an honor than to be a master of many with lacking of widsom. 

In essence what we are trying to say is, we are not striving to seek personal recognition, rather we are striving to seek recogition of the end result of our efforts, which in turn will inspire others to duplicate our efforts and have a positive and productive impact upon global society as whole. Once our lives have been lived, we will know that our efforts will continue in the hearts of others.

Dreamers and Visionaries

There are two types of people, you have dreamers who dream of accomplishing a task, then you have the visionaries who envision an idea or concept and make it a functional reality with productive purpose.  All of our staff, representatives, members, and affiliates have chosen to be visionaries. We have chosen for the precept of our morality of trade to be based upon the influence of the examples set forth by various recognized International Organizations, Foundations, and International Legal Codes that are focused on a peaceable method to provide a consistent and authoritative perspective on our business trade.

CSI™ Purpose & Goals

The primary purpose and goals of our efforts has been and will continue to be to organize and support the following;

• provision and enforcement of ICCS™ Certification of web sites, products, and services, via iWatchDog™ Professional Services, a structured group of professional services developed to provide an ICCS™ Certification seal which a web site, product, or service can bare.  This seal signifies the web site, product, or service is consistent with the ICCS™ Certification guidelines, which are applicable to that particular web site, product, or service, as well as being consistent with State, Federal, and EU guidelines. There will are two certifications, one which is fee-based and for Commercial application, the other is FREE and is for Private Sector/Household Consumers ChildSafe™ verification.  The web sites will be subject to periodic auditing to ensure consistency with iWatchDog™ ICCS™ Certification, as well as US & EU guidelines.

• mediation for all fee-based ICCS™ where a product or service is purchased by a consumer who is dissatisfied with it and cannot come to a mutual resolve with the vendor.  CSI™ will provide this service free of charge.  In the event of an issue not being resolved without legal assistance, it will be the responsibility of the vendor and consumer to obtain their own legal representation and CSI™ shall not be held liable for any associated fees incurred by either party.

• support and endorse all web sites, products, and services which are using the fee-based ICCS™ Certification including and especially so, any products or services which contribute to the safety of a child in the use of the Internet.

CSI™ Commercial ICCS™ Certification

CSI™, will have a formal agreement from our fee-based registrants to abide by our policies via a binding private contract.   CSI™ will also have a formal online agreement from all ICCS™ Certification applicants which states clearly that the applicant agrees to abide by CSI™ policies, terms, and conditions including ICCS™ Certification guidelines in regard to their prduct or service and web site, if applicable.

Continuing Our Efforts

We will continue to strive to put the Bite Back into the Fight for educating the public, parents, businesses, libraries, and schools about safety for children and family members. We work together to accomplish this task of educating and increasing public awareness through a variety of methods.

• Internet public awareness campaigns.

• Educating school administrators how to configure their browsers to use content filtering.

• Newsletters both online and hard copy print.

• Brochures placed in Libraries, Schools, and other public locations.

• Radio and Television announcements.

• Public Service Announcements.

• Alliances with other organizations that work together with us to increase public awareness.

Creating Incentive

We labor hard to create a major incentive for web developers, companies, and general users.  That incentive is to get educated on the dangers in society today for children and family members and how they can make use of solutions available to lessen the level of danger we presently are facing. Whether console games, television, radio, Internet, or printed material, danger is always prevalent and we cannot allow oursleves to become de-sensitized.

In regard to products and services, we strive to ensure that nothing but the best quality products and services are delivered to the public at large, whether corporate or private sector, via validation, providing added value, and security to the delivery of such.
